Well, I am happy to say that I did drop a couple of pounds from last week. My eating was not too healthy but I did manage to swim four times (1/2 hour each time) and run five times. As you can see below I am down to 197 from 199 the previous week.

Weekly Weigh In and Goals March 3 2008

Welcome to fatboychronicles.com this is my first entry about my attempt to get back into shape.

I have been a dedicated runner and semi-healthy eater for over twenty years, buy my weight still seems to fluctuate.

Recently, I have found myself in the upswing of gaining and have noticed my pants getting a little more difficult to button.

Every Monday I will post about my progress and also include my weekly goals. I realize that many people struggle with ten to thirty pounds but there just does not seem to be a lot of folks chronicling the struggles of the everyday man/woman and weight loss. Most sites either target obese people, or they are trying to push or sell unhealthy alternatives.

My health program is completely my own and it’s based on common sense and what I know works. Eat less and burn more calories. There are no magic tricks or pills (unless you believe the commercials for Relacore and stubborn belly fat).
