Weekly Weigh In and What’s Really in a Twinkie?
Well, I am happy to say that I did drop a couple of pounds from last week. My eating was not too healthy but I did manage to swim four times (1/2 hour each time) and run five times. As you can see below I am down to 197 from 199 the previous week.

Currently, I am in the process of trying to buy a bike online and you would think it would be easy but it has been a pain in the ASS!
The acquisition of the bike will allow me to start working towards one of my long-term goals, which is to compete in a Triathlon. Don’t worry, it’s not an IronMan or anything, just a little race to keep me on target during the next couple of months.

While you are here, I thought you might like to find out what ingredients go into the Twinkie snack cake. Originally, I had planned to list some uncommon uses for the snack cake, but when Google didn’t give me any hints…I thought this article was a nice substitute:
