		<description><![CDATA[Well, I am happy to say that I did drop a couple of pounds from last week. My eating was not too healthy but I did manage to swim four times (1/2 hour each time) and run five times. As you can see below I am down to 197 from 199 the previous week.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to fatboychronicles.com this is my first entry about my attempt to get back into shape.</p>
<p>I have been a dedicated runner and semi-healthy eater for over twenty years, buy my weight still seems to fluctuate.</p>
<p>Recently, I have found myself in the upswing of gaining and have noticed my pants getting a little more difficult to button.</p>
<p>Every Monday I will post about my progress and also include my weekly goals. I realize that many people struggle with ten to thirty pounds but there just does not seem to be a lot of folks chronicling the struggles of the everyday man/woman and weight loss. Most sites either target obese people, or they are trying to push or sell unhealthy alternatives.</p>
<p>My health program is completely my own and it’s based on common sense and what I know works. Eat less and burn more calories. There are no magic tricks or pills (unless you believe the commercials for Relacore and stubborn belly fat).</p>
<p>This week’s goals and the tale of the scale<br />Currently, my weight is at a shocking 199 pounds.
